The range of products that can now by successfully centrifuged has been significantly widened to include larger items that were previously impossible to spin. The ability to control every possible variable in the galvanizing process has resulted in the fastener industry supplying Galvspin with high tensile material susceptible to hydrogen embrittlement and where a consistent zinc coating thicknesses is required. 
During the course of early 2014, Galvspin will be commissioning the latest and most modernized high velocity gas fired open dip galvanizing plant of dimensions 4,0 m x 1,2 m x 1,8 m deep.
